Description:
CLASS is NOAA's on-line facility for the distribution of NOAA and
US Department of Defense (DoD) Polar-orbiting Operational Environmental
Satellite (POES) data, NOAA's Geostationary Operational Environmental
Satellite (GOES) and derived data.

FTP download only.
Access: Search as a registered
user (free registration) or as a guest using CLASS search forms.

constellations. This web site provides a wealth of information on
these satellite systems including products derived from these satellites,
satellite schedules and status, and educational resources.

Description:
One of three discipline-oriented environmental data centers, NODC
serves as a national repository and dissemination facility for global
ocean data. Working cooperatively, the centers provide data products
and services to scientists, engineers, resource managers, policy
makers, and other users in the United States and around the world.

data and physical, chemical, and biological oceanographic data collected
by U.S. Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense (primarily
the U.S. Navy); State, and local government agencies; universities
and research institutions; and private industry.
