Uses
Current Federally Authorized Purposes** Originally authorized for irrigation, flood control, and water supply, with incidental benefits for recreation, fish and wildlife, and water quality. In 1992 Congress reformulated the project to create an operating pool for fish, wildlife, and recreation. Irrigation was abandoned and the irrigation district was dissolved.
